Horizon Zero Dawn | 3D Audio
Sony Interactive Entertainment Australia is
excited to share a new video, which shares the importance of sound in Horizon
Zero Dawn and the ways in which the game uses the Platinum Wireless
Headset’s 3D audio technology.
Featuring the audio team from Guerilla Games, Audio Lead Bastian
Seelbach, Sound Designer Pinar Temiz, and Senior Sound Designer and Music
Supervisor Lucas van Tol, the video shows a tantalising glimpse into the world
of audio creation and how they created the remarkable 3D audio and sound
in Horizon Zero Dawn.
They’ve also taken to the PlayStation
Blog to give further insight into the team’s audio creation process,
the challenges they face and the creative decisions they’ve made.
The Platinum
Wireless Headset puts the player at the centre of gaming worlds. With
enhanced 7.1 virtual surround sound in all PlayStation 4 games and a 3D audio
